First, you might be wondering - what is tapas? Tapas is a very fun and informal way of eating in Spain. It consists of a series of small dishes, usually shared around the table, and does not have the structure of a normal meal (like a starter or main course), but is more about grazing and chatting with friends. It's a fun way to socialise and share food. Create wonderful connection and food-sharing memories with your friends and family with these knock-out tapas recipes.
