Experience - Demo with free tasters and samples

Strawberry Tree founders, Ed and Giselle, will be giving a cookery demonstration in the Cookery Theatre at the Melplash Show in Bridport on Thursday 22nd August. We will be showcasing a series of Spanish and North African influenced dishes from our restaurant and cookery school in Lyme Regis. Come and meet us and enjoy plenty of free tasters as we delve into the influences behind the Strawberry Tree project and re-discover our Spanish roots and family recipes.

The Melplash is one of the premier agricultural shows in the South West and is a hugely entertaining day out for all the family. In addition to the cookery theatre, there will be the traditional livestock classes, parades, trade stands, a food hall, craft marquees, falconry and dog agility displays, vintage and classic cars, entertainers, a performance by the Kings Troop Royal Horse Artillery, morris dancers, marquees, competitions... in short - a great day out. Timings for the Cookery Theatre are yet to be announced, but we will publish them when they are finalised. So come and find us at the show and say hello - we would love to meet you.
