Join Maria and Giselle to learn these three classic almond biscuit recipes and takeaway your biscuits to gift (or enjoy yourself).

10.30am - 11am - Welcome, coffee and intro.


11am - 1pm - Class

Together we will make:


  • French "Macarons" - the beautiful pastel-coloured biscuits made famous by Laduree in Paris. They require a steady hand and exact measurements, but are not as difficult as everyone thinks!
  • Spanish "Maronchinos" - traditional, Spanish gooey almond biscuits, naturally gluten-free and moorish in every sense.
  • Italian "Amaretti" - Crisp on the outside and slightly chewy in the middle, famously made by Lazzaroni. Learn the secret to these irresistible almond treats.


You will take away your own macarons, maronchinos and amaretti, which make fabulous gifts - wow your friends with these beautiful treats.


*A note about the discounted price for two people - this discount simply reflects two people sharing a workstation and the cooking tasks and takeaway goodies – no arguing, please!
