Entertaining, informative, delicious.  Join us as host Steven Lamb interviews Head Chef Giselle while she shows us how to cook some of her favourite childhood tapas.

Get up, close and personal with Strawberry Tree Co-Founder and Head Chef Giselle Benrimoj.  Learn about Spanish and Moroccan cooking and heritage, hear about Giselle's inspirations and her own personal journey born into a family of cooks -  a history that spans three continents.  Hosted and compered by the charming Steven Lamb - presenter, food guru, culinary consultant and award-winning author.


Pull up a seat and join Steven and Giselle as she demonstrates how to cook several classic, mouth-watering tapas dishes.  Who knows where the conversation will take us? What we do know is that it will be light-hearted and we will be enlivened, nourished and entertained as we're brought back to the heart of what good food is all about - connection and joy.

About the host:

Steven Lamb is a presenter, curing & smoking guru, culinary consultant and award-winning author. His extensive food knowledge and natural talent for presenting and hosting has put him at the centre of many of the best live and virtual food shows and festivals.

He is an internationally renowned expert and regularly teaches at the top leading UK and International cookery schools as well as mentoring professionals in some of the world’s best restaurants and hotel groups helping to develop their own in-house, signature products.  Beyond the kitchen, Steven uses his experience and extensive network to help launch emerging food brands and consult on projects for individuals and large organisations.

Steven is the author of two books, the award winning River Cottage: Curing & Smoking and more recently River Cottage: Cheese & Dairy. He also writes on an array of subjects for print and online.

About Giselle


A proud Gibraltarian, Giselle has spent much of her life living and cooking in Andalusia in southern Spain. Giselle worked and trained in kitchens from her teens and has worked as a Chef ever since. Our recipes are inspired by Giselle’s family history – originally Sephardic Jews from Granada in Spain who - along with thousands of others - were pushed out of their homes in the 1400s and forced to leave the country. Her family settled in Morocco and then later Gibraltar by the 1600s. Coming from a family with a long line of chefs, you can imagine the beautiful recipes and stories that she has inherited, filled with a rich history and family spirit.
