PAYMENT CARDS & CANCELLATIONS
We require debit/credit card details to secure all bookings. We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy, meaning that all cancellations must be received more than 24 hours prior to your booking. A cancellation outside of these terms, or a “no-show” by any members of your party, will result in a £20 per head charge. Cancellations greater than 24 hours prior to your booking can be made online. Any other type of cancellation can only be made by directly speaking to a member of our team. Cancellations should not be made by leaving a voice message or email, as unfortunately this is an unreliable way of informing us..
ALLERGIES & DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
If you have any allergies, food intolerances or dietary requirements, please inform us at the time of booking by stating them in the notes section of your reservation, as well as reminding your server when you arrive. Our team take every necessary precaution both preparing and serving food, our menus are clearly marked and we are always happy to answer questions you have regarding ingredients. Please note we aren't always able to cater for severe allergies.
GENERAL INFO
Bookings can be made up to 120 days in advance. Reservations for 7 or more people can only be made by calling us directly on 01297 445757. Our online booking system will stop accepting same-day reservations 1 hour before the visit time, so please call us for last-minute bookings or pop into the restaurant itself.
